Every package includes protective blankets, removalist ropes, trolleys and dollies, shrink wrap and power tools. Two-hour minimum. A $50 booking fee confirms your date — non-refundable on cancellation or no-show, with reschedules accepted on 48 hours’ notice. Packing materials available at additional cost.

Commercial jobs are quoted on scope, but they’re built from the same transparent hourly rates as our residential work — from $149 per hour for two removalists and a 4.5t truck up to $229 per hour for three removalists and a 10-tonne truck, all including GST. Weekend rates are $10 per hour higher.

Frequently asked questions

Can you move our office outside business hours?

Yes — evenings, overnight and weekends. Weekend rates are $10 per hour above weekday rates, but after-hours is usually the cheaper option overall because the job runs faster with empty lifts and clear docks.

Do you provide a certificate of currency for our building?

Yes. Send us the building manager’s email and we’ll forward our $20M public liability certificate directly.

How far ahead should we book an office move?

Two to four weeks for a standard office of 10–30 staff. Dock and lift bookings are the bottleneck, not our availability.

Can you store furniture between leases?

Yes, we arrange short-term storage and the return delivery when your new space is ready.

Do you move IT equipment and servers?

We move monitors, docks and peripherals as standard. Racks and servers are handled by arrangement with your IT provider present for disconnect and reconnect.
