- Walk-ups without lifts. The older blocks along and behind Anzac Parade routinely have two or three flights and no lift.
- Anzac Parade traffic and the light rail. The corridor is busy most of the day and the light rail limits where a truck can stop. Early starts are worth more here than most places.
